Terms of play
1. About the game
Highhaven is a free browser game provided by [name and legal status of the owner] (“we”). By playing you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Alpha version
- The game is in development: expect bugs, interruptions and balance changes.
- Progress may be reset. We will try to warn you at least a week in advance but do not guarantee that game data is kept.
- The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability or fitness for any purpose.
3. Account
You can play as a guest or link an email. You are responsible for access to your email: the sign-in link gives full access to your trading house. One person may have several houses.
4. Conduct
- Do not exploit bugs to harm other players; report them to us.
- Do not try to disrupt the server, bypass limits or access other players’ data.
- Do not use programs that play for you without our permission.
- House names must not be offensive or unlawful.
We may restrict or close access to the game for violations.
5. In-game items
Sparks, ships and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. Rights to the game, its texts, art and code belong to us.
6. Personal data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will announce it in the game. Questions and complaints: [support@domain]. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
